  • I love doing all the previous suggestions, but sometimes I just need my bread so then I just do an open face sandwich and make sure its piled high with veggies, lean protein and low fat cheese. I don't miss the other slice of bread at all!:)
  • Build up those pec muscles! Its not a miracle, but for me building up muscle behind those shrinking breasts really helps them look fuller and stay perky. and its way less expensive than surgery
  • I have found that it works really well to do a little food prep on the weekends so I can still eat healthful food on the weekdays when I'm running out the door. Try "quiche cups". Chop up some veggies, (I use red peppers, onions, and broccoli but any combo works) saute with a little salt and pepper and any other spice mix…
  • My favorite way to eat oatmeal is to add a 1/2 cup of canned pumpkin puree for an added boost of vitamin A and sprinkle it with pumpkin pie spice. sometimes I add some sugar free syrup too. Its great! It's like eating pumpkin pie for breakfast but without the calories!
