This time last year I was at the top of my game. I lost a total of 40lbs and felt AMAZING. I'm now back up 20lbs and am trying to learn to stop the yo-yo effect. I want to make this a lifestyle change for good. Could use some support!

Stop eating the fast food. Take a week off (tell yourself it is just a week!) and you will probably not crave it as much once you cut it out for a short time as long as you are replacing it with healthy fruits and vegetables.
