I'm 5'5" currently at 203 from 210. My trainer has set my goal at 160 lbs. I can't even imagine what that looks like since I haven't been there in over 20 years. Reading you guys posts, seems that @ 130 is more popular.

Interesting that you asked that question. I don't generally count stuff like this unless I exert a lot of energy. Hey hun. Trust me, we've all been there. If this were an easy process, we wouldn't be here. Get back on track, you'll be fine I'm finding that having friends to work with is helping me stay focused.

I think I'll join you guys on this journey. Fast Foods are one of my biggest challenges, not because its so tasty (because half of the time its not), but because its so darn convenient. This should be good.
