eat what you want,... if you dont feel that u want to eat them all then dont.. the thing is that its usually recomended that you do eat something u need to atleast eat 1200-1500 cal a day

i just worry about her being healthy... so i eat smart. and try to go to the gym 3 times a week.. sometimes only 2.. and no coffee no tea.. water milk and natural juice. but ty.

Its good that ur staying pos, thats hard. loosing weight wont fix it but will help out some take some pressure. just try low impact work outs and when your body says stop listen to it.. there is a line between a good hurt and an omg hurt. try swimming or something like that

plan your meals for the weekends on monday when ur in the good choices mind set, and every other weekend do a take out run or once a mo..

it kick starts ur metab. thats why ur hungry ur bodys hungry for food it needs energy, did u eat b4 the gym? if you didnt thats why u should always eat something small even if its a piece of fruit.

im 7 mo preg too, i too am counting calories. and i think that its a good idea.. we dont pop out a 30 lb baby but its ok to slip were human and were going to want that cheese cake.. just make sure ur eating smart and also plan, be like ok there is a piece of cake thats calling to me... for dinner have a salad. yes 300 more…

yes, that is too low for a human body to funtion. Most people dont think that breathing or talking does take energy. so your body will go into starvation, very quickly on this diet.
