I to use the OxyElite Pro and love it. It makes me sweat like crazy when I am working out. I don't get jittery with it and if I do not take it one day (like I forgot it this past weekend) I do not experience the headaches or anything that another poster mentioned; however, I only take 1 pill a day.

I would say that one day isn't going to hurt you. Now if you do it on a daily basis then you need to start making yourself eat more (try protein bars, nuts, peanut butter, etc). But one day won't do any damage.

I work out and do all the same stuff as normal. For me it helps with cramps, fatigue and I think it goes away quicker. My normal routine also includes Zumba...I have never had any issues with it :)

I just count the creamer as part of my daily calorie count and reduce in other areas if need be. That said, I only have 1 cup of coffee/day. I am exactly like you though, I use like 4Tbsp of creamer...lol.

I would say no...I count unsweet tea as water sometimes but that is because I do not add anything to it. I can make a case about adding the "drop-ins" as water but not Diet Coke.

I usually just wear 2 sports bras. One of the cami looking ones and then a more athletic one over that. Or some of my gym tops have the bra built in so I just wear the cami one under that.

I personally have never gotten sick while working out but I would say pace yourself and don't eat before :)

I don't ever drink diet soda...if I have soda, which is rare now, I just drink regular. Even a nutritionist told me that if you are going to drink soda, go for the regular and skip the diet version.

So what I would do too!! 5 guys is very yummy! VERY happy we don't have one close by...lol. But when I have to go to Huntsville for a class for work, we go there. Their fries are just awesome.
