I started at 330. Really did not see as much of a difference until I added weight training. For me I feel so much better after a work out when I have done weights than just cardio. I starting noticing it in my shoulders and arms. Others have started to comment after about 280 or so. I still have a long way to go but the…

I really enjoy the exercise bike. I have recently started a C25K. I am enjoying the challenge but find myself with sore knees. I will complete this training so I can try and be ready for my first 5K in June. But I don't think it will take the place of my cycle time!

I agree! My orginal goal was 55 pounds. But that would put me around 275, so I will try and keep going and just see where I end up! Well done all!

My wife got a FitBit Force! She really likes hers. A lady at work got one for her husband. She finds it very easy to use and wears it everyday.

That is awesome! Looks like I started about where you did. I had always been a bigger guy but was active when I was younger. Then after marriage and a couple of kids I always had excuses why I could not work out or do something, anything! I started MFP back in Nov 2013 when I was over 330 lbs. I also wore a size 50 pants.…
