I sweat my *kitten* off when I am doing strength training. And I def feel like my heart rate is up, sometimes even more then when I am doing cardio. So I count it based on my HRM and also log reps and such just so I can see my progression.

I think you misunderstood. I don't think that having a problem with overeating is comical. Trust me, I didn't get to 338 lbs on accident. Just the idea of a 12 step program for it seems comical. If it works for people then that is great!

Today was my day 4. After skipping 5 days (worse idea ever) I feel like I am starting all over again! So I have definitely learned my lesson. No more skipping out on Jillian.

I haven't decided yet. I kind think I want to take Wednesday and Sunday off since they are my days off work and I tend to be doing a lot of running around on those days.. I kind of am scared to skip tho bc I don't want to lose momentum.

That is awesome!! My 13 year old sister did it with me last night. She could do some things much better then I could but she was still sweating and breathing heavy at the end. It was awesome to have her do it with me. I'm hoping that she will pick up on some healthy eating habits from hearing about what I am doing.
