200. once you cook pasta it plumps up with water. so 2oz turns into a cup of pasta. just like when you cook rice.

For me it's an everyday battle. It helps to remember why your doing it. What are your inspirations? And how great are you going to feel when you see yourself meeting your goals. I haven't really ever used videos but walking is def a great way to get the weight off. My sister lost 100lbs just walking in about 6 months. And she didnt really do much to change her eating habits, so if your doing both you should have great results.

im actually a mayo fan but the tangyness of the miracle whip adds to the flavor of the sauce so ill probably go for a lower fat version. but your right. two very different things.

I agree, jump back to it. And drink lots and lots of water. Itll help re-regulate your body and clear out all of the extra sodium you probably ate. Im going to NY next week and Im super nervous about how Im going to manage it. Trying to eat well and get in a good workout while out of town is going to be extremely difficult…

2 weeks in as well. Doing the best I ever have. I usually stick with it until I get bored with my limited healthy food choices. Im learning that my choices arent nearly as limited as Ive always thought. Just gotta get a bit creative sometimes. You can never have too many friends or too much support. Ill add ya.

I dont have an HRM but when i compare the database to what the machines at the gym say MFP is wayyyy high. Even double in some instances. Ive read a few articles saying that even the machines and HRM's can be very inaccurate. The HRM has to be constantly updates with your stats in order to be any good at all.

It takes time. Don't get discouraged. You may not notice anything right away and then a few weeks down the road you have a holy crap moment! I only lost 3 lbs my first week and I was like booo. I want more, but then I think well 3 lbs a week gives me 12 lbs a month and 144 lbs in a year. That gets me almost to my goal…

I have a friend who is going to school to be a nurse and she only has on normal sized hand. she can do things with her little hand but she doesnt have fingers that grasp and she is making it work. I checked out the FitBit. Seems great. Anyone have more info about that one or perhaps even have it? It's not a heart rate monitor. Which worries me about the efficiency of monitoring calorie loss.

I really like this one thanks. I had a rough day today, but Im pretty sure once Im able to go grocery shopping (hopefully tomorrow) It will be easier to plan my meals ahead of time and it wont seem so stressful.
