weight loss / toning / endurance. I'm eating between 1,500-1,700 a day. As far as my gains in the gym, I'm slowly increasing my weights (when the resistance doesn't seem enough) so I'm guessing there is some muscle gain.

Well I'm not sure about that episode but I have read before that they have given contestants food before. They will also provide medical assistance so I'm assuming if you're suffering from malnutrition they'll probably step in and help.

I think on the last episode I watched they ate one snake in the whole 21 days. They could barely walk to the extraction site.

In three days it will be a year since I've lost 68lbs. I lost 28.8 of that since February 19th, when I really started focusing and got myself in the gym.
