I went to this website and it was only .5% less than my scale that figures BF%. My scale doesn't change from day to day like others mentioned and has gone down 2% over the almost 2 months I have been tracking but I do check it at the same time of morning each week.

It it true you will lose water weight. I know when I was in high school the wrestling team would wrap in bags then sweats to lose water weight in order to make their weight class for the match. It would work if you wanted to look good for a night out but not for permanent loss..

My kitchen scales..If I didn't have them I would go WAY over on my meat portions and a veggie steamer is a must. Had the steamer in the cabinet and it got used occasionally before but now I couldn't imagine NOT having it..quick and easy veggies.
