I started seeing a change in my boobs after about 10 lbs LOL but face and stomach at 20 lbs...rest of my body looks the same to me and measurements aren't changing much any place else either..

I also fell behind on the schudule..It's been a week since I did the w3 day 3 due to the tornadoes in our area last week. I did week 3 again yesterday and it wasn't as hard as I expected but my time dropped. I will be doing the 2 days of week 3 again before moving on to week 4... Happy running

I started at 174 and finally got down to 154..then stuck around that for 2 weeks..I upped my calories and have since lost almost a lb (in only 3 days). May not work for everyone but those of you stuck may want to give it a try..WE can do this..

I don't like Almond milk..bought it, tried it, didn't like it. I did use all that I bought in my morning coffee (can't stand to waste) but I didn't even "like" the taste of it covered by coffee. You can take a pita pocket and slice it in half (split the pocket) then cut into 8 triangles..spray with pam and top with spices (I like to make them with either oregano or cinnamon) and bake until crisps (I bake on 350 about 8-10 minutes). They turn out to be like tortilla chips...

Where are u guys staying? I ask because some of the resorts have really nice jogging/walking trails around their resort property. We have stayed at Port Orleans riverside and it would have been a great run, especially in the early morning. You can walk/run along the river from POR to POFrench Quarter and the entire resort…

Agreed except I am the mother..mine are now 3 (both boys) so enjoy the "quiet" time LMBO while you can. Once they get mobile you will be running...then when they start talking you will be running and a referee (for the fights). Seriously though enjoy it while you can. Just finished week 3 day 1. Much easier than I thought it was going to be and I noticed my recovery is easier and takes MUCH less time. I did 2.05 miles which is a 13.76 minutes mile...Not sure how fast I would have actually done it if I didn't have to stop 1X to find my child LMBO

I know it's early for some to think about a marathon but have any of you thought about doing the "disney world" Marathon? I think it would be neat if some of us could get together and go down and to a "meet and greet" and run the marathon together..I know this one is too soon but thought it would be a fun and healthy…

I use My tracks...keeps us with your time, speed, mileage, elevation, moving time and still time. It's a free app from the droid store if u have the droid phone..You can even upload ur run to google maps and put in info like points of interest on your run or areas of shade and what type of turrain..really cool app.

To be honest I was thin when I smoked (I smoked about 3X per day until I turned 22). I never got over 114 lbs. Once I quit smoking I gained all my weight. I used to laugh and say weed kept you thin and looking young LMBO. I don't smoke anymore, wonder if I need to start back to help with the weight loss:smokin: JK

I did week 2 day 3 again today because I haven't got to run in a few day due to the weather. Today I actually increased my mile from 14.33 to a 13.08 min mile...Sunday I will start my week 3... Happy running

For those that asked, for workouts, I mostly do the treadmill, and occassionally mix in a tae-bo or turbo jam. I walk/run in intervals and use handweights when I am walking. Just wanted to add check you local Publix store this week. Ours has the 6 oz assorted varieties on sale this week for 10/$10.00. I haven't tried it yet but will be getting me some this weekend!
