Not sure about your insurance company but MANY will pay for the reduction for health reasons. Here the surgeon has to be able to remove a certain amount PLUS the other issues you mentioned you have with the indents and back. May be worth looking into!!

Not sure about where you live, but here you can buy small table top charcoal grills really cheap and they are not bulky to pack. Maybe look into one and buy the charcoal when you get to your campsite (we do this when we go camping because I don't like to use the campsite grills). Also try melons..they tend to keep well. If…

I also stayed sick for a while when I first started my journey 3 months ago. I had inner ear infection 2X, sinus infection 1X and strep throat (which I had NEVER had in my life). I would get over 1 illness and get another right away but I am happy to say that I haven't been sick again in about a month or so. I also think…

You don't need pots and pans especially if they have a grill. Wrap your veggies in foil and place directly on the grill! Also pork skins are high in protein (watch sodium though). You can do this with potatoes, onions, squash, carrots, corn on the cob, etc..you get the idea :)

LMBO. Hubby is the same way. He walked by yesterday and tried to cop a feel and said "o no did I miss".

I watched it before and thought I was a pack rat LMBO. The reason they have so much is a lot of them will ONLY buy if it is on sale AND they have a coupon so they buy it and stock up for when that can't happen. I believe in using coupons but I couldn't live with all that "stuff" all over my house, in the basement, under…

I do turbo jams mixed with insanity and ALWAYS wear my tennis shoes. Only time I go barefoot is when I am doing weights at home.

On a man there is nothing sexier than a nice lower stomach (area where the top front of the legs connect to the body just above the groin hair line) can you say YUMMY)
-
I also wear neither, why bother with something up my BOOTY while trying to work out. Nothing is the way to go

Good for you and GREAT job!!

I have also been in your shoes. My first was 8 years ago before I had my oldest daughter. 4 years ago I had an etopic pregnancy which resulted in a DNC. The etopic pregnancy was actually a twin pregnancy and I had to abort the egg than implanted in the fetus because the other was in the tube and they couldn't remove the…

Here here on the Cannollis..LOVE them. Being married to an Italian I still have pasta (regular for them whole wheat for me) and Instead of the sauce I use olive oil and parmesean cheese on mine. Italian sausage is a killa but I will occasionally have a link. Switched to lean ground beef for the homemade meatballs so i will…

Here is the link where I submitted it as an idea. If you are serious PLEASE go here and express your interest and any ideas that could be applied to the section. If MFP sees enough interest maybe they will consider making it a part of the board.. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/221277-new-topic

I just put it into the tech department as a suggestion so if interested please go and comment on the topic (new topic is the name). As for UK shipping there are people on here from all over the world so if we listed where we were located we could search the clothing swap board (if one is made) and see where the "clothes"…

I have seen this subject come up so many times and even responded to 1 of the others...seems like these always get lost. Since demand is so high for a clothing swap wondering why Tech won't put a section on here for "clothing swaps" SMDH..

I actually used this on my wedding day to cover up a tat on my shoulder. I wouldn't have covered it but the dress only showed the top half of it so it looked really weird LOL.

Don't look at him as "more fit than you" look at him as "how fit your gonna be", use it as MOTIVATION!!

finished week 2 day 3 today. Did a further distance than last run at 2.18 miles. Still only a 14.33 mile but hey I'm doing it LOL. I will work on speed later  Wend. starts week 3 for me weather permitting, calling for rain as of now so it may have to wait until Thursday. Happy running everyone!

Thanks eric...I shouldn't have stated in the original post that I GAINED lean mass but instead my % went up. I am trying like the devil to maintain lean...eating protein and doing weights 3X per week and doing cardio the other 3 with a rest day. I am not TOO worried about lean mass loss because I know I will still have to…

I am curious at what age all your children were diagnosed with ODD? I have a 3 1/2 year old son who has a VERY bad temper. He is so bad if you told him it was raining outside he will say the sun is shining. He also has a VERY bad temper. He will get mad in an instant and start screaming, gritting his teeth and will even…

I am still waiting for that first person to notice

I agree with the sports. My 7 year old is ADD and her pedi told us the BEST sports for these children are things such as football, soccer, basketball, tennis. Worse are baseball and other subtle sports like golf. They have to have sports that keep them in constant motion or they get bored and that accomplishes nothing. The…

Sorry to hear you went through this tonight. I also live in Tornado territory (Alabama) and we were under warning/watches from 12 PM yesterday until 9PM last night. The county next to ours had SEVERAL touch down but none made it to us. I have lived here most of my life and you never get "used" to them. First thing I told…
