  • I log my food in for a week at a time then go grocery shopping. This way I know how many calories I have then after I input my workout I will add a banana or strawberries with no sugar chocolate something like that to increase my calories to eat my workout calories.   • I am definately going to continue! I was basically wondering if I was doing the exercises wrong since my upper leg is the only place I am changing LOL. Even if I don't lose weight and get into shape (which I know will happen) I have more energy so that is a benefit to keep going in itself!
  • These are actual measurements. I measure my leg at the top, you know where the trouble inner thigh fat is located LOL. Funny thing is, I am gaining muscles on the outer and front of my upper leg but not the inner thigh where I need it most!!   • That is funny. I thought I was the only one who did this. I went last week and bought a size of 9/10 jeans because they were a size smaller. Happy to say last week they didn't meet but last night I could get them buttoned, Not able to actually wear yet, had to lie on bed to button them, but at least they meet now LOL.

  • I do count my coffee. I use splenda to sweeten and 0% milk instead of creamer. According to MFP it is 11 calories per cup.

Drop the soda's and I reward myself with a Pepsi Max ONLY if I drink all my water for the day. If I don't get my water in..no Pepsi Max that day.…
