I just to be 167lbs just before last Xmas and I was 145lbs . I'm now just under 154lbs I was going to the gym twice a week and watching what I was eatting. But for the last couple of months I haven't done anything and haven't been watching and it's slowing going bk on I do want to get down to 131lbs x ur doing really well x
