  • Hello I am 42 and have lost 80lbs so far and feel like a different woman, but in saying that my journey is not over and i am hoping to lose another 56lbs...keep going and always remember if you have a bad day then don't dwell on it close the door and start a new positive day tomorrow.

  • Hi i have lost 78lbs but still have about 50lbs to go to get to my goal weight..it is a long road but so worth every second when you drop a clothes size, when you come out of the gym and you have managed to hit another goal in there by pushing yourself.......worth every second
