I just ate my sweetened Greek yogurt as I saw this topic. I use sugar free Torani syrups.... like the kind used for coffee. I had a seriously bad eating out of the jar peanut butter addiction. So to replace the peanut butter, I do Greek yogurt + sugar free peanut butter syrup + PB2 powder. Yum!

Sodium Is definitely found in processed foods...like foods found in boxes and cans. Try to shop the perimeter of the grocery store grabbing meats, veggies, tubers, fruits and you'll be good to go

You can get a hydrostatic bodyfat test that will weigh you in water and give you your actual lean body mass. For example, during my test I weighed 123.8 lbs but my lean body mass was only 87 lbs. I'd recommend getting a hydrostatic bodyfat test. Getting one for myself basically cracked the code for me!
