i know I wasn't planning on doing it, I just thought it was rather funny. It seems like everything now a days is turning into a diet trend and fad. whats next-cat/dog food?!

WOW!! thank you all for your comments i cant wait to try them!!!! i never knew preparing would be so hard, im usually a cold turkey kinda girl but i figured that since this is going to me a LIFE change i want to do it the right way!!!
