I too started up again on Jan 1st and have only lost 6 lbs so far. It gets frustrating but I'm determined to succeed this time. I will add you as a friend so we can help motivate each other! :)

I am trying it again too! I joined about a year ago, and lost a little weight but fell off the wagon too. I've been doing it again since the 1st and I am determined to do it this time!

These are so yummy!! They taste like a very sinful dessert!! I couldn't find fat free cool whip, so I had to use lite, but it didn't add that many calories. Thanks for sharing!!

I agree with some of the posts. Maybe your body is going into starvation mode. If you are exercising a lot maybe you need to up your calories. However, if you enter your weight, your exercise and how much you want to lose a week, MFP should calculate it right for you. Sorry I couldn't be more help! Good luck!!

Wow this is a controversial subject! My whole take on the HCG diet is, it's a quick fix. My friend and her husband use it and she said she lost a lot of weight in a short period of time, but then gained it all back when she stopped it and started eating normal again. I don't know enough about it to really form a factual…

Thanks for the advice!! I also heard that eating a donut is better than eating nothing at all. Now, I won't be trying that, but it was an interesting fact!

My biggest problem is eating breakfast!! I hate breakfast. They say you should eat within an hour of waking up, but I just can't do it. It's usually after I take my son to school, so about 2 hours after I wake up. I have to force myself to eat it. I wish it was that way for every meal!! LOL

I love the 100 calorie Oreo snack cakes. They are really good. Also, have ya'll tried the Weight Watchers chocolate cakes?? They are pretty small but VERY good!! They are only 90 calories. I also snack on the Fiber One peanut butter & chocolate bars. Surprisingly enough, they fill me up. I make sure I have all these items…
