I made this cauliflower breadstick recipe a while back. It didn't turn out like the picture and it didn't taste very good either. I love cauli and I love cheese, but I was very disappointed with the end result.

5'2" and on the umpty-ninth diet of my life. This round I have been dieting for 2 weeks. I don't enjoy cooking so unless I am accountable for counting calories I eat a poor diet which causes me to gain. I really want to succeed this time. So far so good. I need to keep at this.

After I posted about why should I eat the calories I earned I went to the "help" page and found the answer to my question. I think the answer is I have burned some of the calories it takes to keep myself in a normal function and if I don't eat the extra calories suggested I might put my metabolism back into the starvation…
