Sounds good :) on week 1 of month 2 at the moment so far lost about 25 inches all over and lost 11 lbs but I am only weighing myself at boots every month and take measurements at the end of each week.

If you feel the pain is severe then you should take a break but if not I would say carry on with the workouts :) also depends which muscle you have pulled depends on how and what exercises you can or not do.

I'm currently doing week 1 of month 2 of insanity :D it's awesome! - But OMG how many push ups there are in the max plyo lol im gradually getting a little better with push ups still got a long way to go! didn't do any till this programme. I love listening to shaun t shout at you and motivate you through each workout :)…

yeah you can lose what ever amount, there isn't really a set amount that you can lose. I have completed the first month of insanity and have lost 11 Lbs, i've just started month 2 which is tiring but i wouldn't say its as bad as people are making out lol I love it! Was considering to do month 1 again after I finish but now…
