Good luck ! I'm now on my 2nd week :) I've lost 7 lbs. so far. I may stay on induction for 2 more weeks if I can. I admit, I've slipped a little here and there but I compensate through workout. And I agree, Zumba is fantastic! A better burn than walking I think.

Hi. Doing atkins as well. I started 3/21/11 and have lost 6 lbs. so far. I'm running out of things to eat actually but hanging in there. Good luck to you! I could always use a buddy in this journey. :)

I'm 4'11" and I give myself 1500- calorie allowance. But I usually go under my calorie goal. I'm doing low-carb diet and have lost 5 lbs. so far along with exercise. Good luck!
