losing weight but I don't see it in my pictures..
I've lost 8 lbs. since 3/21/11. I've lost some inches here and there. But when I saw a picture taken of me today, it made me feel horrible. Bad enough to make me binge. I didn't see the 8lbs. that I lost. Why?? Ughh. I hope to have a better day tomorrow and get back on the wagon. I know I shouldn't expect a big difference…

Quinoa anyone?
Have you tried quinoa? What's it like? I'm trying to find an alternative for brown rice and came up with this. Is it better than brown rice? Do you know of other alternative for brown rice? Where do you buy your quinoa? Is it much more expensive than brown rice? Thanks a bunch!

Is the 1200 calorie goal before or after exercise?
I usually eat around 1200 to 1500 calories. But after subtracting my calories burned from exercise, it leaves me with a big deficit (500-900 at times) .Should I eat more to compensate for this? I've been reading all about "starvation mode" in different posts and it's just confusing :frown: .Any input will be appreciated.…
