I'm down 1.2 lbs which is fine with me, anything is a loss! I actually had a rough week eating wise, I was hungry NON STOP and then I've been sick all weekend. Took yesterday off from the gym and hit it with a vengeance again today. Hoping to continue with the success!

Bridesmaid dresses are the current bane of my existence!! Granted the weddings aren't til 2015 but we have started shopping for them and I am not pleased with the way any of them look.

It wasn't what helped me lose weight, it helped my thyroid levels stabalize. Well who knows for sure but it was a variable, stopped coffee/tea/soda and I am not only able to recognize when I am truly tired and not crashing but my levels have been stable.

Honestly, there as always going to be so many different opinions. I have found that not drinking as much caffeine helps me as well as taking my synthroid about 2 hours before I actually wake up (which sounds terrible but I am able to go back to bed really easily and it ensures nothing else is messing with it). Thanks for the advice! I am going to butcher what they are called but moth measurements were taken electronically but different machines. I can definitely ask my trainer but I was hoping not to drive myself crazy til the next time I saw her. Thank you for the reading material, I appreciate the thoughtful answer.

I just added all the other bridesmaids in this thread! Maid of Honor for my couin's wedding and bridesmaid for a childhood friends wedding, within 10 days of eachother in May 2015. Bother are beach weddings and we haven't picked out dresses yet. I am hoping to be lighter by the time we go bridesmaid dress shopping as well…

He used to come into my high school for alumni events and demand to look at the science textbooks and pick what we studied. He also sent us copies of all his shows so we could watch them in classes. His dad though...lovely man.

This makes me sooooo happy from a personal stand point. Dr. Oz is an alumnus of my high school and everyone hates him there but it seems everyone else in America follows his words like a religion! Also, weight loss isn't his specialty so I don't know why he thinks he is an expert.

I was a broke college student and now I am a broke entry level employee! I love when my parents take me out for dinner and I get lots of leftovers!! And when I do go out with friends for birthdays or things I feel better about the extra expense to go out.

I really like this! I'm running a Tough Mudder June 1 so my goals are related to that/helping me get through that -Finish the Tough Mudder -Lose 15 lbs -Lift 3x per week

I was not raised on the "clean your plate" mentality but remember, if you don't clean your plate you have leftovers for tomorrow! And if you can turn a $20 meal into two meals you're being more fiscally responsible and you get to enjoy the food twice.

I think not worrying about time for the most accurate number is not really going to work. Just pick a day and time to weigh yourself every week or any other interval that you choose.
