the 30 day shred is a jillian michaels workout dvd.....the workouts are usually 20mins and there are three levels...so some ppl do 10days on each level or mix around the workout from the different levels. u can get the dvd from walmart for like 10bucks and you can also see some of it on youtube.

woow great loss! congrats on ur big 2-0! I am also at your starting weight....and have been on 1200 cals as well....but I get really lightheaded and just have no energy through out the day. did you even experince that and if so, what did you do to cope with it. so you can at least have energy to work out 5-6 days aweek.

I really apprecite it wow 196 -146? thats great! how long has it taken you to lose the weight. ya , it is quite expensive...its 300 for the first week's food and the enrollement fee. and then 159 every week there off! they measure you every week to see if you are losing muscle or body…

Hey, zigzagging calories basically means eating a different number of calories each day during the week. for example. if i was zigzaggin calories , i'd eat 1400 cals on monday, 1600 on tuesday...1200 on wednesday...and so on and so forth. its a good way to trick ur body and get it confused so that it doesnt get used to the…
