My goal is to do split workouts for the rest of the year. I have been seeing a trainer for a year so far. He planning my workouts and on the days that I don't train with him, I am working out with my brother. He never came to my gym before, so this is a big support for me.

If nothing else works, try chair exercise videos. Tried it myself too. The 30 min workout on chair gets you sweaty
