What other folks said, I can say for me as I fell in the trap of 1 bad day lead to 2 which lead to a week which lead to a month. Great info. I just picked up a fitbit force and ordered a zephyr HRM. I am planning on setting fitbit<->digifig and then set MFP<->fitbit hope that works for me like it works for you.
