well... it SOUNDS like you're doing a great job! :) lol As far as the technical side... I don't know how Flikr works, but from PhotoBucket you copy the IMAGE code and change IMG to img....

There are a few things. LOTS of fruits and veggies, like already mentioned... Also, low cal/low carb buns (try thin buns), super lean ground beef and turkey dogs... all the taste and a lot LESS unhealthy. Baked chips instead of fried. It's still going to be a bad weekend food-wise I'm sure... but a few of these…

Spaghetti squash is usually pretty inexpensive and easy to do. It also makes quite a bit. Roasting or grilling a whole chicken with potatoes and carrots is another one. I also have a recipe for chicken an biscuit kabobs that are yummy and kid-friendly on top of being healthy and SUPER easy. Umm... I'll think more on it and…

If you do it right, eating healthy is a lot CHEAPER than fast food. I've got some yummy cheap and easy recipes (obviously healthy ones lol) if you want or need them. I added you... you just gotta have the willpower to stick with it... that's what this is all about!

You got this girl! Stick with it and you can add thin and healthy to the beautiful you already are! (And I LOVE your inappropriateness! LOL)

Getting those calories in is even MORE important when you're breastfeeding... if you aren't getting enough that translates over to the little one too...Lots of healthy calorie rich snacks.... like avocado and almonds... peanut butter and almond butter... maybe you could cut back on the workouts a tiny bit (not stop, just…

I have always heard that it is NOT ok to lose weight while pregnant... in fact, most doctors get very concerned when that happens, REGARDLESS of your starting weight when you get pregnant. But that wasn't what you were asking. If you're looking at 6 months out, you could conceivably lose the weight you want. I have lost 31…

What you should do is change your activity level to active or very active and leave it at that. It will give you new calorie goals based on your activity level and alleviate the headache of adding it for exercise. Work is and everyday thing so it really SHOULD go in your activity level...

I'm 4'11" and stared out at 170 pounds and a size 16. My weight loss got noticeable at around 15 pounds lost. I am now down 31 pounds. I weigh 138.7 and my size is anywhere between an 8 and a 12 depending on the brand and style. Most typically I am a 10 though. My goal weight is 115. I think for 5'2" a good goal weight…

Up your calories to 1200 net daily. Maybe even as high as 1300. I bet within 3 weeks you'll see bigger losses.

If you are within a healthy weight range and people are telling you you look great go with that and STOP. For heavens sake, the way you're talking you're heading into ED territory and you don't want that. If you feel like you really NEED to lose more to be happy, just don't lose so much you drop into the underweight…

Try eating more. A LOT of people have broken through their plateaus with this approach. Up you daily calories by about 200 and give it a couple of weeks. I've had to do it at least once already and it worked very nicely. :)

It is healthy and recommended by most that you NOT deprive yourself of the things you really love. I have treats almost daily, but I make sure I've had plenty of healthy food and that my treats fit within my calorie limits for the day (most of the time). On occasion, I allow myself a cheat day where I do go over. I've only…

ED stands for Eating Disorder. Sweetie, if you're that worried about it you should see a doctor. Really. It would be the best thing for you to do... physically and mentally.

I would also like to point out that while the people on those weight loss reality shows are NOT eating the min required amounts of calories, they are also CLOSELY monitored by MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS. If anyone out there is eating less than the min while being monitored by a doctor, that's different than someone who…

We are all unique individuals and some of us will stop losing or start gaining if we aren't eating enough calories. It had been proven on this site time and time and time again. Some bodies NEED a certain amount of fuel in order to lose the weight. Maybe it isn't 'starvation mode' per se, but it works out to about the same…

No, you aren't. You need to be NETTING 1200 calories, which means you need to eat 1200 PLUS your exercise calories at the very least. A lot of people on here have found they lose more and faster by eating even more that that... it all depends on your height and weight and partially age. I have many friends on here who were…

I'll be getting that one soon! :) lol

I logged it as circuit training, general on this site and always ate the calories back and kept losing weight. Calorie burn is different for everyone depending on gender, age, height and weight, fitness level, etc... But it has always put me between 200 and 250 calories burned for the 25 minute workout. I am 4'11" and…

The 30 Day Shred is basically a circuit training video with 3 levels. Each level includes a warmup a cool down and 3 circuits. Each circuit consists of 3 minutes of strength 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of abs. I'm not going to lie... it's hard and when you start it HURTS, but it gets results. Jillian isn't playing…

I'd say buy a new scale. Because that's just nuts.

Typically the easiest two ways to beat this are to just eat more things that pack a (healthy) big calorie punch like almonds, peanut butter, greek yogurt, etc. ~ Or cut back on the workouts some. Most people opt for a little of both... eat a little more and work out a little less until it balances out. You need to at least…

I'm only 4'11" and I've done research... when I hit my goal of 115 and go into maintenance my calories for maintenance are a little over 1500. BMR is what you burn doing NOTHING (like laying in bed doing absolutely nothing all day long)... you have to fuel for that AND daily activities like standing, walking, talking,…

If you only eat 1200 and then exercise eventually your body will go into a survival mode... it will store fat and burn muscle in order to conserve energy... and while you might still lose weight for a while, if you keep on going with too large of a deficit, your weight loss will slow down or stop OR you could start gaining…

We had burritos made with super lean beef, low fat low carb tortillas, fat free beans, low sodium seasoning and 2% mexican cheese... I love my mexican food... lol
-
I go by calories burned. Also, you should be eating those calories back... or at least enough of them to be netting 1200 every day. If you aren't netting 1200, you're only hurting yourself and damaging your metabolism...

Yeah, Jessica caught something I forgot to mention! lol The popcorn.... 100 calorie packs are GREAT for that. I'm also a chocoholic, so I but the 'snack size' packages of candy bars and then only eat one (or two) at a time. It curbs the cravings and doesn't kill the calories. Also, the pre-planning is a GREAT idea... I do…
