I've been told more times than I can count that I look like Denise Richards... I don't see it, but apparently a LOT of other people do... including a creepy mall Santa in Idaho... lol

Sex: Female Age: 34 Weight: 120-ish Height: 4'11" How many calories you NET per day: Somewhere between 300 and 1700, depending on the day How many times per week you exercise w/ minutes: 6 days for 60-90 minutes

I guess that depends on how strongly you feel for the person, really. But would say if you are in a committed relationship, you'd have to care about them to a certain degree... and I would not leave someone I cared about over something so trivial. There are just some things you overlook if you love somebody...

You should never eat UNDER your BMR! The BMR is the number your body needs to function. You should eat OVER your BMR and UNDER your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) in order to lose the weight in the healthiest manner. So really, you should be eating more than 1327 a day NET in order to lose the weight without the…

You all are so kind! :) Yes, it IS possible for moms out there! I have 3 kids, oldest is 15 and youngest will be 4 soon. I've done c25k, the 30 Day Shred, and most recently P90X... the last is what has shrunk my tummy down so well. It's hard, but it's SO worth it! :)

Lol! Thanks! :blushing:

This. MFP already figures your calories at a deficit, so in order to keep that deficit at a healthy level, you SHOULD eat your exercise calories back. Also, you might consider raising your minimum net to 1400 or so... I'm only 4'11", I'm eating at about 1700 a day and I'm losing. When I tried to eat at 1200 I was always…

Thanks! And I feel the need to add... my girls are all natural! lol :)

Ok, I had my husband take an updated picture since mine is like a year old. I put them side by side... I didn't realize how much my body has changed in a year. :D So... here ya go!

P90X is an amazing program. I'm only 30 days in, but I'm loving the muscle tone and endurance I'm seeing and feeling already. :)

Only one comment on mine? :(

#2 is amazing on you! The other three are ok... just not nearly as flattering in my opinion. Congrats on the success! :D

Watching Big Bang Theory and waiting for my dinner to be done. Hubby's cooking. :D

Nope. I'll be here forever... lol

Usually, eating more is a good way to get your weight loss back on track if you've been on a 1200 calorie diet. I've had to bump min twice now... I went from 1200 to 1350 to 1700 whenever I hit a plateau... I'm only 4'11" and still losing consistently at 1700 calories a day (plus my exercise cals). Don't be afraid to…

A friend of mine once got told "You know, for a big girl you're actually kinda hot"... I would have smacked the boy... lol

I don't have any of my old prom pics :( I was in a couple of bad relationships that required me to leave more than a few things behind when I left and I think those pictures were lost in the shuffle. I DO, however, still have the dress that I wore to my junior prom and I am proud to say I CAN get into it again! I also have…

You do need to track daily. Without tracking, you really don't know for sure how much you are eating... so you could either be overeating or (more likely) undereating... it's really hard to say. Considering I'm pretty sure you're bigger (as in taller) than me, I would suggest you increase your calories to at least 1500 and…
