I'm 4'11" and my wrist is right around 6"... maybe a tiny bit less than that. I eat well over the 1200 mark and lose weight fine. I don't think that being 'petite' is a good reason to eat less than 1200 and deprive myself of the fuel my body needs to thrive... I'm happy being me. ☺

Make clearance racks your best friends. I just bought 7 pairs of pants, a shirt and some jammies today and they were all only $1 each. It was pretty awesome. And I won't feel bad if I 'shrink' out of them, because they were cheap! :D
