Honestly, I just watched some of it and she's using quite a few of the moves Jillian Michaels and Tony Horton both use, so don't put yourself down. She may be twelve, but that 12 yr old has ab definition and is doing some big league moves. You're doing great! :)

Possible? MAYBE and I say MAYBE because the smaller you are the slower the weight moves. Would it be healthy? Not at ALL! Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred is great for people of any size and any fitness level. The only exception is if you can't jump, it's a little difficult, because she LOVES her jumping jacks! lol. But if you can do some jumping jacks, go for it! I got some crazy good results from it and you can to! :)

Log it as circuit training, general for 25 minutes and eat back your exercise calories. You'll be good. I ended up 'drinking' my calories back in the form of chocolate milk because it steadied me and helped me 'recover' more quickly. Currently 126.4 pounds and 30% body fat with 88lbs lean muscle Goal 110 pounds with 20% body fat and maintain or increase the lean muscle. I started P90X this morning... let's see where that takes me :)
