Still 208.8

I'm doing well at logging my food and staying under calories, need to get more water and exercise.
-
To like how I look and feel, to be able to wear whatever I want with confidence. To not feel so sluggish and so unsure of myself when it comes to balance.
-
Did it.

I'm starting this challenge at 208.8. I sadly gained 5.6 during the last challenge and 6.6 the one before that. IT'S TIME TO REVERSE THAT TREND!!!

I'm 53 and about 63 pounds overweight. I've been in the last couple of challenges but didn't really put in the effort so I've actually put on a few pounds recently(the past 2 weeks) Hoping to at least get those lbs back off, possibly even more before this challenge starts in 3 weeks. I don't exercise regularly, struggle to…

Yes, are we doing it as a group or individually?

I'm 53 and about 60 lbs overweight. I can really relate to some of the issues some have had, but luckily no real health issues. Question, what is CICO?
-
I'm still in a rut. Staying around the 202-203 mark. Not really gaining or losing, my weight only changing by tenths of a pound in either direction.

202

I've been slacking, I'll be weighing soon and find out the damage. I tend to not want to post when I have a gain, but I need to get beyond that and take the bad with the good.

Congrats on the retirement.

I'm willing to do what I can. I feel any of it will be more than I do now.

I'm sadly ending this challenge up 6.6 from my challenge starting weight. I'm hoping for renewed energy to get back in gear and start losing again.

I'd like to join in. I have a fitbit so I can go back and get my numbers for the last 9 days. My goal is 10,000 a day right now, may bump it up some when I can hit that number pretty consistently. 6/1 9,496 6/2 15,101 6/3 10,967 6/4 8,632 6/5 4,814 6/6 8,483 6/7 6,712 6/8 7,330 6/9 13,133 I had 285,126 steps last month, so…

I really need another challenge. I've gained weight over the last month or so. I was around 194 two months ago, now 200.6. Over the last 3 weeks I've only fixed the evening meal at home a couple of times and have a couple more busy weeks ahead yet but still hoping to lose some of what I've gained. I started this challenge…

I'm in .. I hope a short term challenge will give me the motivation to be at it more consistently than a long term one where I think ' I can always try to do better later and catch up', but sadly don't :'(
-
I can do better in all the usual areas. Getting more exercise, drinking water and some of my food choices.
-
Still at it but not like I should be. Hoping to kick it back in gear

I'm starting this challenge at 196.6. I lost 9 lbs the last challenge and about 10 before that. I was at my heaviest last summer at 215. It's taken me awhile to STAY below 200, but I feel I'm finally heading in the right direction . The plan I'm on right now most days I try to stay around 1000 calories 5-6 days of the week…

I started this challenge at 205.6 and ended up at 196.6, so a 9 lb loss. Not the goal I was shooting for but at least I had a loss which is more than I can say for most of my last few challenges .

I'm definitely needing another challenge.
