ONEDERLAND
Anyone else heading for Onederland? I've been in the 200's on and off for the last few years, my highest 215 a few months ago. Occasionally I would get in the 100's, but not very far in or for very long. I'm starting this challenge at 207, so a 20 pound loss would be great, I haven't been in the 180's for about 10 years!

Done... actually day 9 was yesterday for me but I didn't get around to posting it. I'll be doing day 10 today and am considering trying day 1 of level 2 later in the day. I know Sunday will be a rest day for me, and possibly Sat. or Mon.

Is anyone planting a garden this year? A great way to get cheap produce and a good amount of exercise involved in the planting, maintenance and harvesting/canning. I've had one for several years.
