For me I like Fridays or Saturdays for my weigh ins so my week 2 would be on the 11th or 12th.

    Thank you for sharing.

    I Joined the group on 30 June and weighed 174.4 lbs
    July 8th - 171.8 lbs

    lost .25 inch in my bust
    lost .25 in the thighs
    lowered my BMI from 27.1 to 26.9

    My end of July goal is 170 even. If I hit it early, I will simply make new goals.

    To lose 13 pounds im looking at needing to weigh 161.4 by 1 September. Thats a longer term goal than im currently looking at. Focusing on the 170 goal at the moment.

    By sept.1 I would like to be 152. I need to focus on my short term goals and just keep pushing forward.

    My starting weight is 134.8. I would like to be 122 by September 1. I have not been successful so far this summer, so I plan for these weekly weigh ins to motivate me!
