just checked my BMR an it comes out at 1490 cals

thanks guys,also damaged me knee a little so replaced fitness dvd twice a day (hour long) too walking twice a day for a bout 80mins an the wieght was comin off on the calories of 1200 too.then slowly bringin back in the dvd an this is where it started to plateau ,I knw a prob sound really dim but I dnt care hahaha x
