Personally I weigh myself on a fortnightly basis, just so I'm certain that I've actually lost/gained weight and am not just experiencing a water weight fluctuation or something like that :) Sometimes its hard to wait that long though hahaha. I guess it really just depends on what you're comfortable with though.

I'd say its more of an automated guess based on your weight and intake. I mean, its definitely something to go by but I wouldn't put too much stock into it. It will have to adjust as you lose/gain weight as well :)

I like mixing together veggies, an egg, and pre-cooked rice, then frying it in a pan. If you do the prep beforehand its a pretty quick and nutrient rich breakfast. Keeps me full for hours :)
