Hello! You can do it--you have to make some better habits about tracking and reaching out when you need it!

@Torzilla37, I know what you mean the days can be so crazy long. After my first year of grad school I was working 12 hour days with an internship and a part-time job, with an hour commute one way, and then classes. Add in the additional fun and joy of planning a wedding on top of all that, I don't know how I survived. I…

I just signed up for the 28 day beginner challenge--Two days in and I'm feeling stronger and more energized!

I'm in--I'd love to be down 15lbs from my starting weight by Xmas, if not 20.

Feel free to add me--the holidays are always challenging, and I will admit I'm not looking forward to facing down all those sweets and big meals. :S You can do it though! It's only like 6 weeks at this point till new years!

I'm on that boat. You can do it! :)

I just got some yesterday at the store to use with breakfast, I don't care for soy milk, and almond milk is a great substitute. The unsweetened is only 30 cals per cup, and I don't use that much anyways. Since cereal has a lot of sugars anyways, I couldn't really taste much of a difference using the almond milk.

The skinny peppermint mocha is really good~

Hello! I'm in the same boat as you, maybe a bit taller but that's about it. I have done so many diets in the past and have never been able to break that 25lb mark each time. I think the support can make all the difference. :)

I'm new too, and I think you're right in that you can't have too much support and it's nice to see how others are doing and how they're doing it. :)

I love to eat and sarcasm. Let's be friends. :)

Thanks!

Hi! I'm new here, also from Michigan and newly a librarian. :)

Congrats on starting over--it's hard to do some times. Even though you're starting over and the numbers might not be where you'd like on the ticker, you should be really proud of yourself for seeing your numbers dropping from right now. The ticker is only a picture on the computer--the slack in your pants or favorite dress…
