10/1 - 7.6 mile ride 10/2 10/3 10/4 10/5 - 2.5 mile run 10/6 10/7 Week 1 total = 10.1 miles My miles will be combine running and biking... =D Didn't do as well as I wanted too but I started off Week 2 with a 4.1 mile run!

10/1 - 40:14 minutes 10/2 - 10/3 - 10/4 - 10/5 -37:44 minutes 10/6 - 10/7 - Week 2 totals = 2 hours and 15 minutes.

I'm totally in on this. I typically ride at least 100 miles a month, so I'm going to push myself this time and jump in at 150 miles. Ready to tackle this challenge!!
