  • Weight Watchers counts any decaffeinated beverage toward your water consumption, so I do as well. Like coffee, tea, and diet soda. But not milk or juice, too many calories.
  • You should definitely eat more vegetables than fruit. It is high in sugar and I have heard of people gaining weight from going overboard on fruit. Just keep counting the calories and use your best judgement.
