Awesome post! I started lifting in October 2013 and had to overcome some of the nervousness. Although its not a problem for me now, I realize it can be intimidating for some. All women should just get in there and lift! Lol

yeah it definitely took some time to realize dieting is not the awsner. But having the right food is! like i tell other women.... "do not be afraid of weights!" :)

Don't let your hard work go to waste! Forget dieting and just eat healthy. Healthy food can be delicious too! You have to look inside yourself a find what you want the most...a few simple changes can make all the difference along with a little exercise. Take it one day at a time.
