Thanks for the inspiration. I'be been falling off the wagon the last 2 days. I"ll track most of the day...then after dinner I"ll start eating lose track and never finish tracking. Wednesday Goal...1200...1147 actual. I don't think you should get penalized if you're under by 10%. But I will support the majority...I can go either way :)

Monday's goal 1200 Actual intake 1510....however, earned 453 exercise calories....so my goal on my food changed to 1653...so I was actually under my 1200 goal. Wasn't sure how to handle that. Is that ok or should I figure it out differently?

I guess I can join. I seem to have a hard time keeping within my goal calories. Once I know I'm over for the day I just quit logging and eat more.....not good. Mon - Fri...1200 Sat & Sun...1400
