8 oz is what they use here for a cup. 2 cups in a pint 2 pints in a quart. A quart is about a litre. So there is about 4 cups in a liter.

Well if you really wanted to eat that many calories you could do it by eating about 7 Tony's pepperoni pizzas at 900 calories each but that's only 6300 so you could probably get a milk shake from McDonalds to wash it all down.

I've been a type 1 diabetic for ~ 20 years now and I didn't make any changes from the guidelines. I count carbs though and not sugars because sugars are included in carbs. Is it dry Jello mix or pudding mix you're adding to the yogurt? I never heard of those flavors in jello.

Uncooked is the figure they give you on the box. Your weight will vary depending on how long you cook it (water absorption) and the type of pasta. Experiment a little and cook your serving separately a few times and you will know how much your pasta will net cooked.

Sounds like a pinched nerve. I'd go see a chiropractor and let them adjust you. They always want you to come back over and over but I usually tell them to do a good job because I won't be back for awhile. I'd say over half the back pain that I've had was not curable with pills or patches.
