Transition Week ends today. Block 2 tomorrow. Can't wait to see new workouts and more progress!

Yeah, I'm stuck using bands too. The pull-up bar would tear up the trim work around our doors so it's an obvious no go. Unfortunate because I feel like I'd be getting so much more out of pull-ups or attempting pull-ups.

Great results man! I'm on week 4 of Bock 1 right now. 30 minutes a day didn't seem like enough for me either. I've been running 3-4 times a week as well. Can't wait to get started on Block 2.

Are you all including the cold start warmup or just the actual 30 minute workout?

Just finished Week 3 today. Down about 4.5 pounds. But I can tell you I feel much better, my clothes fit better, and I can tell a difference in my weekly photos. Excited for block 2 to start and continued success.

I'll finish week 3 up on Thursday. Great program so far. Feel much stronger than I did when I started. It's easy to stay on track since it's only 30 minutes each day. Really no excuses! Good luck, I think you're going to like it.

Polar FT4, easy to use and setup. Doesn't sync with a computer, but how often do you really need to do that? Great HRM, no problems. I have used it for over a year.

I'm 5 days in on my first round of Block 1. Syngergistics: 231 Agility X: 332 Yoga: 118 (wore it the first time just to see) The Challenge: 231 CVX: 375 I expect these to increase the second time around as I was just trying to get used to the moves.

I ran my first marathon November 2013. Such a rewarding accomplishment, but I wish I would realized it at that time. Now that I'm picking up my mileage and longer runs again, I realize how cool it was to run 26.2 miles.

Just finished Plyo (Day 2)...Wow, what a workout! Thought my heart was going to beat out of my chest with 15 minutes left or so!!! Ready for Day 3, leggo!!!
