If you are doing something wrong, I guess you are forgetting to count something in your calories. Else I just think you are doing something right for you, as you can see a difference in your tommy, loosing 1 kg and the weight loss will come later. Buy a measure tape to check as well.

ya, that's also why I like my Wii so much. And find it much easier to find half an our or a whole our at home, than going to and from a gym first. I have a lot of different kinds of games for it, depending on, what I feel like doing.

I have just started using Get fit with Mel B. Else I use Wii fit plus a lot, and sometimes Ea Active 2. I have recently bought a lot of games, that you can se on my list on my profile, but have not tryed them all yet. I guess you have lost your weight faster, than what your skin can follow. Your skin is elastic and will fit your body eventually. Being 18 it should not take very long. You should drink about 1/3 of your bodyweight in kilo in deciliters, from what I have learned, to give it the best chances.

I have been using these for a while Wii fit plus Ea Sports Active 2 And have just tryed The biggest looser for the first time today. I have more, and have bought some extra on Ebay, that I have not recieved yet, but I guess I will first get to try them next winter. What about you?
