I have done the Whole30 2x. Very good results. What Metre30 just said is spot on. Whole30 is about awareness and life change. I have gone off that program due to life stresses and will get back on that wagon. I never felt better when on it.

Close to 55 coming down a gradual mountain during the Tecate to Ensanada Bike Ride. My best friend is a semi professional bike racer and routinely gets in the high 50mph range on descents.

I agree with Kadybaby.... Greens have their own flavor.. Another good low cal option is just rice wine vinegar. Good flavor, almost no cals.

I travel right now 50%. Right now, my travel is driving from California to Nevada and at a hotel for a week, then back. I really like the Elliptical machine. A few tips... Try doing interval workouts on the machine. Warm up for 5 mins, then every 2 mins, do one minute of high intensity, then slow down for 2 mins, and repeat.
