well all the replys you got sound real good but i know being a truck driver is hard and not enough time to do anything just when you do a lay over or a quick stop just walk maybe get a cooler and put salads on ice or whatever you perfer is there any way to hook up a small college fridge in the truck?

eat smaller eals but eat more in the day small meals will help what help me wasv special k products and it works especially the protein drinks one in the morning and another at night but only 2 the pastery crisps ar good and so is there k chips and it will help alot better but again more water since your body needs water…

hi well if its a secret or not you do what you need to do for your self the idea that i like on this site is that it doesnt tell you what to eat or not to eat if you stayin the range they show you in calories protein etc then you are doing what your supposed to be if just to say the range said your over your suger limit…

i would keep what you got and if you do change it maybe another cardio? i know when i do cardio strength i also make sure i take weekends off so the body can rest and get where it is supposed to be
