  • Unless you are 3 feet tall :-) you are not overweight at 122 lbs. Be happy! This could be just 'water' in your system too, which is not a bad thing.
  • I'm new too. :-) First start measuring yourself, bust, waist, hips. With that kind of exercise you will be making muscle - which weighs more than fat! Maybe you will see inches gone and will not be discouraged?
