I second weights. I world get a personal trainer for a couple of sessions to show form. Kettlebell are great & I've heard it really helps backs, maybe cause of the swinging.

Usually nothing. But I also tried the weight scale at the gym and with clothes it was usually only a couple pound higher then at home. I've had big losses like this before but usually it's the first week of changing what I ate.

Sorry. Mostly the question is could have really lost close to that much fat or is it mostly water? Forgot to had I've started jogging. 45 sec of jogging with 2 minutes walking for 20 minutes this week instead of the usual elliptical.

I've been a gluten free mostly vegan diet for a while. My husband is french so lots of bread. I usually make something for him and he takes the left overs for lunch. I like mostly snack foods, vegs w/hummus, apple and peanut butter, etc. So I just fix myself something easy.

I say I have an hour glass figure from hell. I got up to 330lbs and still had an hour glass shape. I lost 70lbs and it all came from the arm pits down and the knees up. My arms only lost an inch and they are HUGE! My calves same thing. Lost nothing.
