How is everyone's program going? I have to say I am impressed with the results I am getting via P90X3 in comparison to what I got during the three phases of T25. I'm not quite sure what it is about it that is producing such higher results. I felt way more drained and tired after the T25 vids then I do on most of the P90X3…

I will admit I have manufactured reasons to skip the Yoga DVD the last two weeks. Tuesday I was cleaning my backyard and stumbled upon a Yellow Jacket hive and got stung like 6 times on my leg. My first thought was... "Oh well guess I have an excuse not to do the Yoga DVD tonight". :drinker: I really hate it lol

Last of Us: Remastered. Such an amazing game. Pulls at my heartstrings just playing it.
-
Did Yoga today along with The Warrior because I missed a video this week. I do not like it but I will endure. Is it bad I was hoping that Ted guy would fall over for showing off so much??

Did "The Challenge" last night. Good Lord I suck at pullups. Tony and his cohorts are rattling off like 18-20 a pop and I am doing 3. And I'm being generous giving my self the 3rd one as a counted rep as it usually ends with me barely getting my chin over the bar. My upper body hasn't been this sore in a long long time and…

So my thoughts on Agility X. Much harder of a workout then Total Synergistics was. I had sweat dripping off me. Still not quite as intense as the cardio stuff in T25. The tape design and the exercises were very different then anything I had to do in T25 though so it was sort of interesting. Good overall workout. NOT…

Same here. Agility X? Will be doing it after work. Have you done it already? I have the tape laid out and from the reviews I read sounds like the whole DVD uses the tape.

I got mine off of Amazon for $30. Mounts right to a ceiling joist. Sturdy as can be. Now if I could do more then 3-4 pullups at a time I'll be happy....
-
Sweet. I found that first video Total Synergistics to be kinda easy. Hoping it gets more difficult as it goes along. How was it for you?
-
It does but after doing all three phases I still think TBC is the hardest video in the entire T25 series except for maybe Speed 3.0

Moved on to Insanity and completed my first week. But I am debating going to an Insanity/T25 hybrid type program. Problem is with Insanity being 40-50 mins it doesn't leave me much time for weight training three times a week that I like to have in my routine. So I am thinking of doing Insanity 3 times a week and T25 three…

I've decided I am ready to go on to Insanity as well. I'm on my final week of Gamma and I have been mixing in a second video to get used to the 50 min sessions. I think my transition to Insanity will be tough but I'm going to give it a go.

Yea the E&E works good. I had to dial it back a little though. I was taking two scoops at like 5:00 PM before my workouts and I was wide awake still at 11:00PM. So I only use 1 scoop now. I believe this is my last week of Gamma this week. I think I will be moving onto P90X3 or Insanity. Haven't decided fully yet.

The Alpha phase all you really need is a Yoga Mat for the Ab Interval video and a good amount of space because some of the exercises have lateral movement. Alpha is very heavy on the lower body and core and very little on the upper body. The Beta Phase you'd be best to invest in a couple sets of dumbells as I find using…

Awesome results for the 2 week mark! Keep up the hard work!

Is anyone else in here into the Gamma phase yet? Speed 3.0 is a nightmare!

8.5

I start Gamma for the first time tonight. Speed 3.0. Yikes. Not sure if excited or nervous. So my total loss from start of Alpha through end of Beta Weight: -12.8 LBS Body Fat: -7.3% Waist: - 1.5 inches Belly: - - 4 inches All in all I would say I am satisfied with the results. Still have a ways to go to complete my goals…

Don't forget guys T25 is marketed as an intermediate program from BeachBody. It's not designed to destroy you like Insanity, P90X, or Asylum. It's for people in the intermediate fitness range to improve up to those harder programs. For that purpose I think it's an excellent program. I wasn't able to work out for the past…

Good to hear. The Beta Upper Focus and Rip't Circuit are my favorites. I'm hoping Gamma is alot more like that. Speed 2.0 is pretty intense. I heard 3.0 has an insane amount of burpees! >:(
-
On my last week of Beta and I move on to Gamma... yikes
-
Yes alot of jumping. Especially in Alpha. Very little of it is on the floor. Probably not a good program for your situation.
-
Picking up "The Show" tonight after work. That's going to take up alot of my gaming time. :D

The first week is the hardest by far. Your muscles just aren't used to being worked like that. My calfs, thighs, and knees all ached extremely bad the first week. I actually did a zero week to start. Only did the workouts at 70% intensity because I was coming off a long hiatus from working out. Once the initial soreness…

Tanya and the modifications are there in Beta too. It's up to you really. Alpha is alot of lower body workouts and Beta is more well rounded lower, core, and upper body. I would say when you get to the first week of Beta give it a shot and see how it goes. If you feel like you have to modify to much there is no harm in…

The workout alone won't give you the TV results. But if you follow their diet plan or even just a decently constructed diet plan with the workouts you should see similar results. Maybe not in pounds but def in inches. I'm only down 11 lbs and I am starting week 9 today but I down alot of inches. All my work pants and jeans…

My advice for Beta. Buy 10 and 12 lbs dumbbells if you don't have them. Trying to transition and do the moves with the bands takes to much time and gets frustrating. Ever since I switched to the dumbbells it's been much more beneficial. There are only 2 vids in Beta that use them but towards the end those vids come up…

All this talk about Fallout 3 I felt compelled to play through it again. Downloaded the Game of the Year edition off Steam last night. Can't wait to get back into it. One of the greatest games ever made. Unfortunately I traded it in before most of the DLC came out so I'm looking forward to those greatly.

The Alpha period (First 5 weeks) is very lower body oriented. Of the 5 Alpha videos only 1 works arms (Total Body Circuit). The Beta period is more rounded and works both upper and lower more equally.

Played a marathon session of Civ 5 yesterday. Game is so addicting.
