  • Of course there is some calorie loss, but it depends on how strenuous the "session" is. Missionary probably only accounts for 2 calories burned over 20 minutes:-)
  • Cramps in your side can also come from a lack of water... try drinking water a few of glasses of water at least two hours before you run.
