its true i consumed 1200 calories for about a year to lose weight,and the weight just came off easily.

i lost so much weight i went from a size c to really flat. it was so bad i went to get a breast augmentation

on weekdays i stay at 1200. i eat around 300 per meal and use the rest for snacks(yogurt,skinnycow ice cream) and on the weekends i'll have around 1350 so i wont go crazy ; )

three days ago i started my calories to 1200 and exercise 333 cal off. so far i lost 2 pounds. i'm super happy about that.
